Pocket Fiction App Reviews

This was a great app that I used all the time. But this new update has made things very wonky. My screen will now only show the text of the stories in 2/3 the size of the screen, and the scroll option does not work. Please fix!!

I cant even read with this app now because of the update I wish u guys would find a way to fix it because I loved this up now I cant even open it you need to fix this ASAP so we can read again

Same as other people the program opens for a couple seconds and then shuts itself off every time It seems instead of fixing a bug one was created instead :(

I cant open the update no matter how much I try and what I do...

Ive even using this app on my iPod and it wont let me open the update. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and it still doesnt work. Please help

I just updated the app, and I cant get in anymore. My iOS is still 6, Im not sure if thats the problem. Please fix it, I really liked how the app was before I updated.

The latest update has fixed all previous issues that I was experiencing. My favourite App is working just fine once again! Thank you!

How do you get the fan fiction? I know you go to alert, enter a bunch of stuff! But it never works for me! I still give the app 4 stars for the quality! But I would give it 5 stars if I knew how to use it!!

I know this app is in development, but it needs a back button for going back to pick a new story to read. Anyways, its a great app thats basic, easy to use and I recommend and like it! Cant wait to see how well this app does and see its new features in Its future updates! :)

August 11, 2015: So I posted a review two months ago about not being able to browse for more FICs. I can log on and update the FICs I have existing but the moment I go to find new ones by going into the "browse categories" either the app crashes or I get a blank notification and then the app crashes... Please fix, I enjoy this app so much and now I will have to look for another one.... June 15, 2015: I cant browse categories anymore :( I click on Browse Categories and now the app closes Still a good app, would recommend to anyone

The app is great considering its a free app with in-app purchases. It could use some colour since its only grey and white, very bland appearance. Slightly unresponsive and takes a while to load up once you get more stories in. It also seems the subcategories during browse stories are disabled; I believe its either a bug or it is now part of the full version only. My money is on the latter though. I used this app for 6 months until it became laggy so I deleted hopefully it still is as good as when I left it.

The more i use this app, the more i realize that this app needs to support more than just fanfiction.net. I read a lot on fimfiction.net, and i hope that one day this app could either support it, or another app is made just for it. I really love this app, crashes on occasion after pressing things too often too fast, but nothing else. Keep up the good work.

I have been using this app for years and I really like it. There are a couple things I think should be updated or added. The first is that the author search should actually work when u try to use it The other is that there should be a way to sync all stories between devices so that I can get stories from ur phone to ur iPad or iPod without having to go through all of the stories and reuploading all of the story IDs

This is my go to app for reading fanfiction on the go and I LOVE it. There could definitely be a couple improvements but to just read a story its perfect. I do wish they supported more then fanfiction.net though like fiction pad and all the other great fanfiction sites out there.

I loved this app! Used it for the past two years but the new update change what I liked about it, I can no longer update my stories within seconds, before when i knew one of my stories had been updating I would go into my alerts and click sync stories and it would take only a couple seconds to update the stories that had been updated now the only way to do this is reload stories where I have to sit and wait like a hour probably for it to go through all my stories and check if they need updating. Please change this! I loved this app so much before..

Just updated and I cant see the summary of my stories for what I have already downloaded!!! The previous format was fine!!!! Why did you change it!!!! Now I have to click each story individually to find out which one I want to read! Wtf dont download the update if you can!!! Also you should let people know you cant see the app properly unless you have a iPhone 6 or higher!! What about all us 5s and lower iPhone that cant get the new iPhones just to use this app!!!

Cant delete stories no more.. Care to fix this? Thanks

I love this app, I use it all the time, but when I want to remove a story or add one I cant find anything.
